We’ve made it easier than ever to keep your pets happy — with Auto-Delivery, our flexible repeat order service designed for pet parents who care.

This isn’t your typical subscription. There are no tie-ins, no automatic charges, and no surprises — just convenience, choice, and a little extra love from us. You only pay when you approve your order.

How it works

1. Choose your frequency – Pick how often you’d like to receive each item and add it to your cart.
2. Mix & match – Add different products at different intervals, or include once-off items in the same cart.
3. Check out as usual – You’ll receive a reminder email before each upcoming delivery so you can edit, skip, or cancel anytime before paying.

Example:
If you’ve set your dog’s food to deliver every 3 weeks and flea treatment every 12 weeks, you’ll receive a reminder email before each one — giving you time to adjust your order, add a treat, or skip a delivery.

Managing Your Auto-Delivery

To view or edit your Auto-Deliveries:

1. Log into your account
2. Click “My Orders”
3. Under Account Details, find the Auto-Delivery link highlighted in orange

You can:

• Update quantities or items
• Change your delivery frequency
• Edit your billing or shipping address
• Cancel or pause anytime
• Or, if you prefer, our team can assist — just reach out and we’ll handle it for you
