1. Delivery Costs
Your shipping is calculated according to the information you provide in the "City" field when checking out / adding a new address - please ensure that you have added this information correctly and without typos. If you have checked that & think you should be in a Local Area / Main Hub, please pop us an email and we will look into it for you.

2. Courier Delivery Times
2.1. Courier delivery usually takes 1–3 working days for local / main hub areas, 3–5 working days for outlying areas, and up to 7 working days for remote areas.
These timeframes apply from the moment your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.
If you are unsure which delivery timeframe applies to your address, please contact Canine & Co.
2.2. Door-to-door courier delivery takes place Monday to Friday, between 08h00 and 17h00. Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple parcels due to logistics, but we generally aim to ship all items together in one parcel.
While couriers usually deliver within the estimated timeframes, these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Canine & Co cannot be held liable for courier-related delays.
3. Timing Until Dispatch
3.1. Once all products in your order are available in our warehouse (usually within 2–4 working days), you will receive an email notification.
Dispatch (handover to the courier) may therefore take up to 5 working days, depending on supplier lead times and item availability. These timelines are estimates, as we rely on both suppliers and courier partners.
3.2. If any item is out of stock with a supplier or has been discontinued, you will be notified and given the option to select an alternative product, receive a credit voucher, or request a refund.
3.3. If your parcel has already been dispatched and the delivery is delayed due to the courier company, we will assist you as far as possible in following up with the courier. (See estimated delivery times above.)
4. Delivery Address
4.1. A daytime physical address is required for delivery. Couriers cannot guarantee specific delivery times, only that delivery will occur during weekday business hours.
If you prefer delivery on a specific day (e.g., Monday or Wednesday), please include this information in the order notes.
If you are comfortable with your parcel being delivered to a neighbour, colleague, or another person at the address, please note this on your order.
4.2. If the courier attempts delivery twice and is unable to deliver due to the premises being closed or unattended, a re-delivery fee will apply. This fee will be the greater of R200 or the actual cost incurred by Canine & Co.
4.3. We only deliver within South Africa. Please ensure your full address is provided, including suburb and correct area code.
4.4. Requests to change the delivery address after dispatch may cause a delay of 1–2 business days, as courier routes are planned in advance and immediate changes may not be possible.
