Both are for cats 7+. Mature Adult is everyday senior nutrition with reduced phosphorus for kidney support and antioxidants for immunity. Senior Vitality adds support aimed at the visible signs of ageing - alertness, interaction and play.

Reduced kidney function is common in older cats, and lowering dietary phosphorus is a standard way to reduce the load on the kidneys. It is a preventative measure in an over-the-counter food, not a treatment for diagnosed kidney disease - that requires a veterinary diet.

Slowly. Cats resist food changes more than dogs do. Start at roughly 25% new food and increase over seven days, or longer if your cat is fussy. Keeping the same bowl and feeding spot helps.
