Do you deliver to my area?
If it is inside South Africa, yes. We do not ship across the border.
How do I know which band I am in?
Check the lists above, or add items to your cart and enter your city at checkout, where the rate is calculated live. If you think you have been placed in the wrong band, email us and we will look at it.
Why is my parcel over 25kg costing more?
Couriers charge on physical or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. A 15kg bag of dry food plus a bed can pass 25kg quickly. The surcharge is R5 to R10 per kilo over, depending on your band.
Can I set up repeat delivery?
Yes. Auto-delivery sends your regular order on a schedule you choose, and you can pause or change it any time.
What if I am not home when the courier arrives?
Leave a note at checkout naming a neighbour or colleague who can sign. If the courier attempts twice and cannot deliver, a re-delivery fee applies, so it is worth getting this right first time.
