How does Shoo-Fly Ointment work?
Shoo-Fly Ointment contains a combination of powerful ingredients which repels biting flies (Stomoxys calcitrans) on dogs. In addition, it contains a sunscreen to protect against the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation. One application of Shoo-Fly Ointment can repel flies for days, though this does depend on variables such as ambient temperature and humidity.
How do you use Shoo-Fly Ointment?
Clean the ears first of any crusts and blood before applying the ointment. Rub into the skin until the ointment disappears. Repeat every 2-3 days or as often as required to keep flies away. Shoo-Fly Ointment may be applied when necessary.
