How to Use
New Users: Pour Dr. Elsey’s Senior Litter into a clean litter box using half the amount you would with clay litter. Mix with your current litter and allow your cat about a week to adjust to the crystal texture. After this period, fully replace the litter with Dr. Elsey’s Senior.
Experienced Users: Pour 2.5cm of Dr. Elsey’s Senior into a clean litter box. Remove solid waste daily and rake the crystals to maintain freshness. The litter does not form scoopable clumps. One box can serve multiple cats, though additional boxes are recommended for multi-cat households. Crystals may discolor over time without affecting performance. Replace the litter every two weeks by emptying and washing the box with mild soap and hot water before refilling.
Safety Information
Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling the litter box. Cat faeces can sometimes carry parasites that cause toxoplasmosis. Encourage indoor litter box use or proper disposal of outdoor faeces to protect water quality. Do not flush cat litter or dispose of it in gutters or storm drains.
