Composition:

• 45 kg: 394 g (low activity), 457 g (moderate activity), 519 g (high activity)
• 55 kg: 459 g (low activity), 531 g (moderate activity), 603 g (high activity)
• 65 kg: 520 g (low activity), 602 g (moderate activity), 684 g (high activity)
• 75 kg: 579 g (low activity), 670 g (moderate activity), 761 g (high activity)
• 85 kg: 636 g (low activity), 736 g (moderate activity), 836 g (high activity)
• 100 kg: 718 g (low activity), 831 g (moderate activity), 945 g (high activity)

Divide the daily ration into at least two meals per day.
