How to Use

Ticks can cause soreness and discomfort and may carry diseases such as Lyme disease. It is important to remove ticks as soon as they are found on your pet’s skin.

To remove a tick, position the Mikki Tick Picker over the tick, placing the tick in the largest section nearest the handle. Lift the handle so the narrow nose lies flat on the skin. Draw the picker slowly and firmly towards the tick to grip it securely, then carefully lift it away from the skin and dispose of it. Spray the area where the tick was attached with disinfectant.

Dispose of ticks by dropping them in alcohol or squishing them in a tissue and flushing down the toilet. Clean the tick remover after each use and wash your hands thoroughly. Pets should be checked daily for ticks, and immediate removal reduces the risk of disease transmission.
