Once all the products you ordered are in our warehouse (generally between 2 to 4 working days), you will receive an email confirmation. Thus, it can take up to 5 working days until your parcel is dispatched (handed over to the courier), but depending on the products in your cart, this might be slightly longer or shorter. These are estimated times only - we are reliant on quick turnaround times from both suppliers and courier companies.
Courier delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days if you are within a local area / main hub, 3 to 5 working days if you are in an outlying area, or up to 7 working days if you are in a remote area - this is from the time that your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery costs depend on your delivery address, the size / weight of your parcel as well as the value of your order. We offer door-to-door delivery via courier, we cannot deliver to post office addresses. You can find more detailed info on our Shipping Page.
Yes, you are able to return items to us. The only items that are not returnable are items within our "Clearance Sale" collection, items marked as "Limited" or Act 36 products (including tick & flea / dewormers etc). You will find all info relating to our Return & Refund Policy here.
Due to the large number of products we offer, we do not hold stock of every item. We do, however, hold stock of all our fast movers. Other items will be ordered in from our suppliers.
Should a situation arise where stock is not available from a supplier or importer (out of stock or recently discontinued etc.), you will be notified and given the option of swapping this item or obtaining a credit voucher or refund.
If there is an item that you require urgently (most often this happens with food), please ensure to include a note on your order and alert our team on our WhatsApp line and we will do our best to prioritise getting that item to you as quickly as possible, thereafter sending a second delivery of the rest of your order.
